Here we have for sale my Renault grand scenic Dynamique 1.9 DCI for spares or repairs. Low mileage of 56,000. Body work in good condition for age of the car apart from a small dent on the back left hand side of the wheel arch (as shown in pics). Log book with some service history. Interior in pretty good and clean order although admittedly not perfect. 4 good fairly recent tyres. I have absolutely loved this car and sad to see it go. It has fabulous space for a family and drives superbly. Have had hire cars recently whilst it’s been in the garage and still prefer it to drive than some of the newer hire cars! So that’s the good… Here are the issues it has… Although still driving well the car has been losing water. Has been to the garage and they suspect a head gasket problem however a friend who know cars has had a look and doesn’t think this is the case as the car still drives well and oil is good colour. We have with the car the relevant haynes repair manual the winner can have if they wish as my friend was going to repair it for me but just hasn’t had the time.
