Renault Grand Scenic 1.9dci Privilege
Renault Grand Scenic 1.9DCI Privilege. This has all the usual Privilege features which include electric windows front and back, part leather seats and door linings, steering wheel radio controls, automatic headlights, multi cd changer under passenger seat, rain sensing windscreen wipers, heated seats and all the usual scenic underfloor/door storage, panoramic sunroof. We have covered only 33,000 miles in the six years we have owned the car and I have all the MOTs stretching back to when we bought it. The V5 document is present and correct and is the new red version. There are 4 good tyres and the exhaust system is sound. There are two key cards (one is a bit battered) and one works better than the other. The car starts with no problem and runs really well. In May 2015 the OSF suspension arm was replaced to go through an MOT. In June 2013 the turbo went and was replaced. It had a new windscreen in August 2010. In addition to this it has had the air conditioning recharged and a new air conditioning sensor, the front coil springs replaced and the window clips on two of the windows renewed. It has also had a new oil, air and fuel filter and oil change in the last six months. The cam belt and water pump was replaced when the mileage was around 66,000 although I don’t have the receipt for this. There is not a spare wheel and there is not a compressor or bottle of sealant. The centre storage unit is massive but moves with an electronic catch which is temperamental. 1: The check parking brake light is illuminated (a google search shows this to be a common problem). I don’t know what the problem is as the brake works exactly as it should do and has done ever since the light came on three months ago. 2: The check injection light is illuminated. I do know why this is as I removed the high pressure fuel line to bleed air out of the fuel lines when I replaced the fuel filter and this caused the light to come on. 3: It has a slow but gradual coolant loss of about 1/2 a litre per 200 to 300 miles and I have not been able to find an obvious leak. Because of problems 1 and 3 I would say this is a spares or repair sale hence a lower asking price. Any questions/queries then please call Matthew on 07926091047. Cash on collection please.
