Your looking at a Genuine Renault Dephaser Pulley. This fits a F4 1.8 & 2.0 16V VVTI Engine. Does you car sound like a bag of bolts for 3/4 seconds when you start it? If it rattles it may even cut out as well on initial start up. Also lack of power and jerky? If so its most likely its this pulley at fault. I agree not the nicest or cheapest of jobs but a job that must be done to prevent further damage. This fits 1.8 & 2.0 Laguna , Espace , Megane.
