This has been my car from new. There is also a fault showing on the electronic handbrake; fault appeared after recent battery change. Previously resetting the fault codes removed the issue. It also shows a fault on the injectors; this has been showing for the last 10 years with main dealers and local mechanics unable to find any fault or to delete the message. The car ride is good and the engine still feels strong. In the past year I have twice driven it to Bulgaria and back (4500m round trip) with no problems and averaging 55+ mpg. 6 of us and all luggage for a two week holiday drove to Spain an back in it some years back. Most panels have some kind of mark. Please remember, the car has no clutch, where as it runs fine with all the safety features on the car you cannot use the’start it in gear’ method to drive it home and so it will need to be towed (I did drive it home but late at night and starting by rolling it down a hill to get it into gear). MOT until February 2017. PARROT hands free kit fitted. Standard puncture re-inflation kit with electric pump. Rear disks/bearings and pads changed in last 6 months.
