This has been a great family car for us and I’m reluctant to sell it. With 111,000 on the clock, the turbo diesel is still going strong and always starts first time. It is frugal around town for its size, getting around 34 mpg, and on the motorway will achieve 54mpg. The 6 speed manual gearbox and the Diesel engine mean it is super low revving, even at 70 mph. The seat configuration is really handy, with easily removable 3 individual seats in the back, and a further 2 jump seats in the boot. The seats and parcel shelf come out in a couple of minutes, giving it a huge carrying space. The electric sunroof is fun in summer. It has electrically controlled wing mirrors, automatic rain-sensing windscreen and automatic lights, as well as the standard keyless start and door entry. There are plenty of underfloor storage bins as well as in the boot space. The ride height is quite high which gives great visibility on the motorway. A car of this size shouldn’t handle as well as it does and it is fun to drive, but it is fast if you want it to be, courtesy of the turbo charger, and economical around town. The are two points to mention: the passenger side electric window doesn’t work and the blower recently stopped working. I think it is probably just fuses. It has been regularly serviced, and I have all the bills and MoTs going back to 2012.
